How soon is my hosting ready?

Most accounts are ready within a few hours of payment. You'll get an email when it's live, and your login details appear under My services.

Can I move my existing website?

Yes. Open a support ticket after ordering with your current host's details and we'll help you move files, databases and email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, or bank transfer against the invoice.

What happens if I miss a renewal?

We email the invoice 7 days before it's due. If it stays unpaid 3 days past the due date, the site is paused until it's paid — your files are kept.

Can I cancel?

Request cancellation from the service page and it ends at the close of the period you've paid for.
